A booking deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule with sufficient notice, the deposit can be credited toward a future booking.
The required notice period and full terms are provided at the time of confirmation.
Wet weather is considered part of normal track conditions.
If conditions are wet, normal booking terms apply and sessions are not cancelled automatically. The booking can still be fully fulfilled within your chosen format.
If riding takes place and the day is partially completed, any decision to stop due to weather will be treated as a rider decision. Where a significant portion of the booking has already been delivered, rescheduling or credit may be considered at discretion.
If conditions are wet from the outset and you choose not to participate at all, this will be treated as a rider decision. Normal booking terms apply, as preparation, travel, and setup will already have taken place.
Any rescheduling or credit is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

For riders operating at a higher level, additional support may be discussed. This can include event-long rider support, race-weekend assistance, or input around setup and preparation.
